1. Agreement
By using CloudMonkey services you agree to these Terms. CloudMonkey provides managed cloud, hosting, AI, telecoms, MSP, ecommerce, and business IT services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the CloudMonkey Acceptable Use Policy at all times.
4. Service Levels
Service availability targets and remedies are defined per product in the relevant order form or product page.
5. Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears.
6. Data & Privacy
We process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with reasonable notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudMonkey's liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
